Diamond Care provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Care Coordinators are also on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. OUr office hours are 9 A.M to 5 P.M Monday through Friday.

Our agency is approved by the state of Texas department of Health and aging disabilities. We are also certified Medicare by center for Medicaid and Medicare Services.

Medicare usually pays 100% of our service if you have traditional Medicare not HMO. Some private insurance offers Home Health care as benefit and pays us for our service.
