1. How do I qualify?
If you are homebound and needing intermittent care as a result of illnesses Diabetic, High blood pressure, stroke, wound care, Alzheimers disease, dementia, arthritis or recently from hospital or nursing facility stay.

2. How do you get pay for the service or how do I pay for the service?
Medicare usually pays 100% of our service if you have traditional Medicare not HMO. Some private insurance offers Home Health care as benefit and pays us for our service. Those who do not have any form of insurance can pay out of their pocket. They are billed monthly. You will be provide with a copy of services to be rendered.

3. Is your agency approved?
Our agency is approved by the state of Texas department of Health and aging disabilities. We are also certified Medicare by center for Medicaid and Medicare Services.

Not only we are licensed and certified, our staff has extensive experience in the home care industry. Our staff is properly trained, maintain all certifications and receive on going training. We conduct background check through the department of public safely (DPS). Our friendly staff is always ready to assist you. Our team is dedicated to your well being.

8. Hours of operation.
Diamond Care provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Care Coordinators are also on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. OUr office hours are 9 A.M to 5 P.M Monday through Friday.
